Yoga Therapy

Escapes Spa is pleased to offer our clients and the community the many benefits of yoga therapy and certified Yomassage.  Instructors are 200-500 hour based RYT.

Private sessions are available at Escapes Spa for $45 per hour and include online references, access to our extensive library, and our comprehensive Ayurvedic one on one care.  

Our yoga instructors are also trained in Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness.  Our commitment to our clients extends to their body's overall health as well as their mental wellbeing.  We integrate this mindfulness training into our yoga and massage practices in a safe and confidential way.  You may contact us for more information, have further questions or to receive Trauma Sensitive sessions with an instructor.  

Public and group classes are available at The Center Yoga & The Cyanwood Natural Lifestyles Center, both located in Harrisonburg, VA.  Various classes are available at both locations.  Group classes are $12-$15 per student, donation based classes are also available at the instructors discretion as well as free community classes.
