Lucero (Lou) Botkin - Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor 200 RYT, EMT-B

Possessing a true passion for helping others, Lou attended and graduated from Cedar Stone School of Massage in Harrisonburg, VA 10 years ago and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist ever since. Lou loves all styles and modalities of massage therapy, but two of her particular favorites include prenatal massage and Rainbath therapy. She is also trained and certified in other therapies and spa treatments such as threading, lymphatic drainage massage, body treatments, reflexology, Reiki, and more! Lou especially exceeds when it comes to customizing therapies for her clients. Whether it's your first session with Lou or your 100th, you're sure to never receive the same massage twice. Lou's goal and promise to every individual client is to provide bodywork that honors their mind, body and heart.

When she isn't melting away stress and relieving tight muscles, Lou is making memories with her loving family. She, her husband, and their children live on a farm in Augusta County. Between farming, beekeeping, gardening, adventuring, and experiencing all the world has to offer, there is certainly never a dull moment on the Botkin farm!

 

Lindsay Campbell - Licensed Acupuncturist, Health Sciences BS

Lindsay is a licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist.  She is a board certified diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.  She has earned a Masters of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and bachelors of Health Science.  She is also certified in the use of low level laser therapy and acupuncture injection therapy.  What appeals to her most practicing Chinese medicine, is the focus on each patient's unique root cause of their health concern.  Which allows for very individualized treatments catered to each patient's presentation.  Her treatment style focuses on building a patient-practitioner relationship based on education, empowerment and compassion, as well as utilizing a variety of modalities to achieve maximum results.  

 

Sally Aksamentov - Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician

 

Following 9 years of experience in the medical field working with the elderly, Sally continued to seek out her passion for helping others.  Her career path lead her to study massage therapy and bodywork as she found she to experienced work related pain and relief from massage and thermotherapy.  In December 2013, she completed the massage therapy program at Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville, VA.  Within a year she also completed her courses in skincare at the Steiner Institute of Esthetics at VASOM.  The following year, Sally completed the Nail Technician course at Blackhorn Academy in Fishersville, VA.  

 

Currently, she specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy and sports medicine massage to relieve muscular pain and tension, to enhance physical relaxation and emotional restoration.  Her favorite tension spots to relieve are the head, neck and face through massage.  Her training in hydrotherapy and skincare make her well qualified for body wraps and scrub treatments to rejuvenate and smooth the skin.  Sally also offers customized facials as well as back facials to extract impurities, increase microcirculation and improve skin texture.  

 

Sally was raised in Mt. Crawford, VA on a dairy and poultry farm where she acquired her undying love for the outdoors and animals.  In her spare time she enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband and son, playing with her 2 dogs and improving her cooking and gardening skills. 

 

Brooke Moore - Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Master Esthetician

Brooke is a graduate of Blue Ridge School of Esthetics, from Bridgewater, VA. She is a licensed Master Esthetician, who specializes in waxing, facials, eyebrow lamination and tints, lash lifts and tints, as well as advanced services such as microdermabrasion and dermaplanning. Brooke is a passionate learner, and loves to improve her skills/broaden her techniques. If you’re in need of finding a proper skin care routine, Brooke is your girl! Her main goal is for her clients to feel comfortable and happy in their own skin. 

Brooke also occasionally specializes in lash extensions. She benefits from using her previous cosmetology license in the aspects of manicures and pedicures as well. 

During her time off, Brooke enjoys going camping, going on adventures, and spending time with family. 

 

 

Amanda Bolton - Licensed Hair Stylist

Amanda has been a stylist for over 23 years and counting.  She has worked in Harrisonburg her entire career and began her profession while in her senior year of high school.  Amanda provides a wide variety of services including haircuts, color, waxing & conditioning treatments.  She also specializes in balayage, a coloring/lightening service using a hand painted method.  

 

When Amanda isn't behind the chair making her clients beautiful, you can usually find her with her family of 4 in their camper at Colonial Beach.  Amanda, her husband and 2 daughters enjoy camping with friends, fishing, hanging out at the beach, and making memories together.  She and her family currently reside in Broadway, Virginia.  

 

Sam Beatty - Licensed Hair Stylist 

Sam's journey into styling hair started at a young age.  While his mother taught at the local elementary school, he would often spend time with his grandmother at the hair salon she owned and operated in their hometown of Luray, VA.  With the guidance and inspiration of such powerful female role models, Sam decided to attend Bridgewater College, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2010.

 

After searching for a more creative work environment, he once again found himself in the salon.  As a front desk team member, Sam rediscovered his passion for hair and attended Massanutten Technical Center in order to become a stylist.  Since getting his license in 2015, he has learned that he enjoys all hair goals, whether a refresh to your current style or a completely new look, and everything in between.  Color is definitely one of his top interests, with a special focus on Balayage and Fashion colors.  While appearance is a major component, Sam puts the health and integrity of hair first.  Give your hair the treatment it deserves, and give us a call today.  

 

Rogelio Cruz - Licensed Massage Therapist

Rogelio possesses a passion for wellness and the outdoors.  He first entered the healing arts world through reiki in 2017.  He then attended and graduated from Cedar Stone School of Massage, in 2020-2021, where he learned multiple modalities: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Joint Mobilization, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stones, Sports Medicine, and Reflexology.  His work is precise and effective, as he wonderfully blends his knowledge together to best meet his client's needs.

Rogelio offers compassionate care and a warm heart.  His goal is to create a sage space for his clients to fully let go, relax and restore.  When he's not in session, he's usually pushing himself to find greater limits through running.
